BRES Needs YOU!


Volunteering is a great way to get involved in your child’s education.  There are a variety of ways to volunteer at BRES.  Your child’s classroom teacher has probably already explained the many opportunities you have to volunteer in the classroom, on field trips, for special event days, and for various Encore teachers in the building.  But, there are other ways for you to get involved in your child’s school.  The PTO offers many activities throughout the school year.  These activities are not possible without you, our volunteers.  The Back to School BBQ, Family Fun Night BINGO, Fun Fair, Family Fun Night Dance, Family Fun Night Game Night, and many other special events require parent volunteers to run efficiently.  Fundraising programs like Lavenders, Read-a Thon, and our gift wrap fundraiser require volunteers to run.  Many of these activities occur during non-school hours so they are great opportunities for parents who work outside the home. 

Please consider getting involved in your child’s education at BRES either through classroom and Encore volunteer activities, or through the PTO.  Check out our calendar for upcoming events to get involved!  We can’t do it without your help!
